In 2020 WBCSD launched a measuring and monitoring framework to determine the circularity performance of a company, business unit or product line: the Circular Transition Indicators (CTI). This universal methodology is currently in use by over 1500 organizations across the world, throughout all different industries. Broad adoption of the framework is leading to demand for more detailed, sector-specific guidance to ensure consistency and comparability.
With extensive support of KPMG this project delivers a sector-specific guide to clarify and assist with the use of the CTI for the core businesses activities along the value chain for circular electronics. This comprehensive guide is developed with the industry knowledge and expertise of both WBCSD and CEP members and partners.
The guide aims to not only support individual companies on their circular transitions, but also align understanding of how to measure, operationalize and monitor corporate circular performance across the electronics sector consistently.
