Project description
SERI brings together stakeholders throughout the electronics value chain to develop an ESG standard. The standard will systematically measure and report ESG metrics to meet or exceed regulatory requirements globally and enable consistent and reliable metrics to benchmark and measure negative and positive impacts of the electronics value chain. This new standard will serve as just one small piece in a very complex ESG reporting system for clients, but it will align all the elements of the electronics value chain to feed into their ESG report.
The aim for this development is to create consistency in ESG measurements with an industry-specific standard, as well as highlight the Scope 3 emissions benefits of circular business models.
